"we booked 4 nights but left after 2 and I have stayed in lots of booking.com places and this is the worst place we have"

a good sized property

The bathrooms were very dated, the towels were very old and the whole place was a bit shabby and not at all worthy of the excellent rating which was why we booked it. the property was cold and damp and when we asked the owner to put the heating on we were told it wouldn’t be put on but they could bring blankets and a heater the following day. we had been travelling around Germany for a month and had stayed in lovely places until we got here.
