Bakuriani Inn

disappointing stay. doesn't worth more than 3 stars.reception staff not friendly i think they need to take training course about hospitality. they never smile . our check in was delayed for more than half an hour. breakfast very basic for a 5 star hotel. far from ski area at night very noisy because of loud music .

reception and resturant staff not friendly and unhelpful location far from ski cleaning of our rooms was done at 6 pm expensive

Very bad experienced.too much noisy..all kids are running around until 1am..no sound proof. لا انصح بهذا الفندق غالي وغير مناسب لا يمكن الراحه فيه لا يوجد به عزل للاصوات الخارجية تسمع جميع الاصوات في الخارج وتسمع ركض الاطفال حتي منتصف الليل تعامل موظفه الاستقبال غير لائق طلبت عربه الشنط عند الخروج لم توفرها ورفضت ارسال احد معي للمساعدة تقول فقط عند الوصل الباب في شرخ ولم تغير الغرفه المشكله ان المبلغ مدفوع مقدما

Only thing you can like there is location, cuisine and well-behaved stuff

The total mess about accommodation, I reserved a room with balcony and entered to a totally different room, with a lot of issues of cleanliness and TV! With no balcony. The room they gave us was not even close to the price I paid and the room I reserved!
