"My home any Bengaluru"

Felt like we are at our own home. Excellently maintained property. Nice atmosphere and location. Vishal and his family are so nice to take care of every thing we need.

There is no way I can complain about anything.

Aparment is very nice in a decent,calm,quiet,safe neighbourhood. It's ideal for families to stay. Apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. It's secure , they have security cameras, 24 * 7 power supply, elevator, high speed internet, washer Before my checkin, apt was sanitized with pest control. So no insects,bugs, mosquitoes or lizards . Close by - walking distance to many food places, restaurants, pubs, malls , 15 mins auto to JP Nagar metro. Looks the same like in posted pictures. Management (Harish) is wonderful, efficient, honest, responsive any time ( including midnight ). He's also very helpful & caring towards guests. Housekeeping staff ( Vishal, Geetha ) are really wonderful persons of integrity, very kind & helpful. Apt. management can provide reference to a very good travel operator whom I used a lot.

"Excellent stay"

Mr Harish and his team regularly followed up with us from the time of check in till check out. Its a nice apartment and especially suits for family stay. It was super clean and neat apartment and our family really enjoyed staying here and would recommend for everyone. Also we already booked for our future stay as well.

"The owner spoke rudely, not a good landlord."

The place is good , but The owner spoke very rudely to me for few minutes late for checkout whereas I checked in at 4 pm in the noon. Literally the owner said get out of my place, I said the owner that, there are females(family) with us getting ready, then to he said get out of the house. There is no respect of customers in owner’s Perspective. The owner dint know to respect my family and used abusive words . I would never visit this place again and also ask booking.com to teach some respect to the owner.
