Castle JP Service Apartments

This was my second visit to Castle JP, Bangalore, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations this time. The property clearly needs better maintenance. The bathroom faucets were leaking and damaged, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, the place had a serious pest issue – there were cockroaches in the kitchen and a lot of mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the staff, who were polite and attentive. However, the condition of the property overshadowed the service. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address these issues because the place has potential, but it needs better upkeep to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Castle jp is a wonderful service apartment. We had a very comfortable stay, specious and contains all amenities with a totally functioning kitchen. The owner has given atmost preference for the hygiene. Being a toddler parent, we were very keen on cleanliness and safety. Castle JP has provided a home away from home.

Love the hospitality of the staff and the manager. They are very welcoming and always there if I need anything. Mr Vishal and his wife are very helpful. The space is also very good and the road is very calm. Overall, I love the place!

The property is in an excellent location . All amenities are close by. It is a fully furnished apartment.

Perfect location. Close to shops, malls, plenty of pubs and restaurants. Staff were very helpful & responsive to requests. They catered to our late night check in and additional requests during the stay.

The property is at an ideal location very near and clean.The staffs are very helpful and co operative.They have every solution to your problems.I will surely come back again.
