Stayed before in a studio which was good but the deluxe apartment is exceptional. Loved it, spacious, warm, perfect for us.

The apartment would have been a nice apartment if only it was clean.

The room was dirty throughout. we found urine and blood splatted on the toilet. The room hadn't been cleaned for weeks it seemed, there was dust everywhere and we found a vape under the seat cushion when we pulled the sofa bed out. The worktop island was dirty andthere was someone's hairs all over the towels, also the toilet handle was hanging off.

Lovely and clean modern everythink needed in the apartment would recommend and we will stay their again 😊

Would of prefered ground foor with children but apart from that sll was great 😊

Nice apartment with generally good facilities for a room with kitchen area

Missing some basic things. Plates were provided but no cutlery. Also no shower gel. Bizarre that the attention to detail was generally good but then they don’t have these basic items. Also, the room smelt a little stale. I suspect this was due to the leak from the wash basin in the bathroom that resulted into a constantly wet area on the floor. Off putting and disappointing that this was happening. Also, being on the ground floor, noisy neighbours entering and exiting the apartment at all hours coupled with them standing outside my window having a cigarette whilst talking loudly didn’t provide for a good experience at night.
