It was clean and everything was there that you would need. Staff really helpful Good value for money

The overall space in the apartment was good and the bathroom was lovely. The facilities were good in the property and the location. Easy check in and we were lucky to have a later checkout

The bedding was stained on one of the beds and the beds weren’t very comfortable. The floor in the lounge was damaged in a couple of areas. The large dining table obscured the view and perhaps an extendable one would be better. The occupants below were extremely noisy and disturbed us with loud music and raucous chat and laughter. They also disturbed our sleep on both nights at 4 am and 2 am when they came in and were laughing so not much sound proofing between the floors. Only one bedroom had a blackout blind and another in the main room would have been appreciated.

This apartment has been done to a very good standard and is one of a number within an old victorian townhouse. Flexible in use for between 1 to 7 beds (3 double (2 sofa), one single across a bedroom and living area). Good Tram link to town, every 15 minutes and cost £15 per day for a family pass (2 adults, 3 children).

The area may put people off, but it is literally opposite the Grand Hotel and gives you all you need in a home from home. Long walk to North if not willing to tram.

I picked one of 6 flats within the one building that are owned by the company. All looked to have the same style. I felt that flat number 2 had the nicest-looking bathroom and kitchen spaces but would have been happy to stay in any of them. Entry is by keycode, which is good since you don't need to worry about going out without the key. Everything in the flat was in excellent condition and to a high standard (Three large Samsung TVs; even the fridge-freezer by Samsung too!) with nice carpets in the main hallway after the living room and in the bedrooms. It may just be that I got lucky that weekend with the other guests but, even though the place was fully booked, I don't think I heard much at all during my stay: it was just what I needed to be able to have a thorough rest (in between excursions around Blackpool) Overall, everything was excellent and I'll definitely look to stay there again in the future.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with management coming to check on us on the first day to check everything was ok with the apartment. They asked if we had any issues that needed resolving and called multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. All amenities were also thought about in this apartment, including towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper being included for the bathroom, as well as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cloths in the kitchen. Our security deposit was quickly refunded too without issue, and communication prior to our stay was also excellent. This was ultimately a great apartment to stay in and one I would highly recommend.

The dining table in the main room may be a bit of a squeeze if staying with maximum occupancy in this apartment, but was more than spacious for the 3 of us. The master bedroom could do with a blackout blind or curtains on the window behind the bed as quite a bit of light comes into this room in the morning, which did wake us up, but wasn't a major issue. Overall, this apartment was excellent and well worth staying at!
