Clean it had everything you needed an was close to everything

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable couldn’t use it and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work

Great little flat. Fair price. Tv worked. Cooking facilities, fridge, shower, two beds. What more do you need. Gaffer was there in an instant to help. I’ll be going there again next year for sure.

I wish it was nearer to winter gardens

Easy walking distance to facilities and host was friendly

Food and marks all over walls when I arrived, no bedding for sofa bed, hair in the fridge. Shower was filthy. Located next to a building with homeless folk who where climbing out of the windows every morning feet away from our window, so had to keep windows and curtains closed. Host helped where he could, but had to clean the place myself top to bottom on arrival

the location was brilliant....outlay of rooms were good...all utensils in the kitchen were ample for cooking etc.

remote control didnt work in the bedroom...i manually got it to work tho....shelf in kitchen was a little loose

The mermaid flat was very clean , but basic Had to request xtra pillows & cover for the pull out sofa ; But was resolved very quickly! The flat was very Equipped But could have done with better furniture! All in all was what we paid for !

Some furniture could have been updated ! Very basic “ but very clean. ;)

Easy to find, smooth check in. Owner couldn’t do enough for us had an issue with room lock he was more than willing to come fix it (was a simple fix with a knife) asked for extra pillows and these were provided Within 10mins.
