It was close to Winter gardens

There is a horrific damp musty smell in the stairways. The fixtures and fittings are dated and very basic. The shower has mould and the door doesn't open enough to get in and out easily, though the water pressure was great. There are no instructions on how to work anything including the heaters or shower.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, host very welcoming, location spot on just 2 minute walk to shops, arcades and Tower etc.

It was great having a kitchen and living room compared to when just having a hotel room, and the price is pretty much the same, I'll be staying here again. I had a couple of issues with getting to work a couple of things, and the host came straight away to show me, which I appreciated.

The WiFi wasn't great in a couple of rooms, but was fine in the bedroom.

Second time staying. Everything you need, home from home. The host is great and very responsive. Will be booking again next year

Looks awful from the outside so pleasant surprise when you go inside. Don't let appearances put you off!! The blinds don't give much privacy at night from the outside so we change in the bathroom, don't want to scare any tourists 🙂 The stair carpets leading to the apartments could do with freshening up

Fantastic location, couldn't be more central with car park across the street. The rooms were a great size, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Could have done with more pillows for the beds, they were very flat.

Great little accommodation. I will definitely stay here again! Perfect location, next to Coral Island and the shopping centre. There's a paid car park in front, i think it was £20 odd for a couple of days. Has a kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, and microwave so you can prepare, cook, and store food here. Shops are 3 minutes to buy groceries or a corner shop 30 seconds away. (We were pigs and just had maccies.. again, 3 minutes away if that) Nice little shower, with a couple of towels provided. Was a little living room, but the tv couldn't get a signal, but if, like us, you just wanted somewhere to wash, sleep, eat, and get ready. It's great.

There was no signal or WiFi. There was a poster with information for WiFi, but it must've been outdated as it didn't exist, so I couldn't use my phone or do any work from my laptop as I couldve access Internet for either. Even from my own phone. Also, the tvs couldn't get a signal, so when relaxing, eating or changing, etc, we couldn't watch tv or even have music on as the tv couldn't pick up the channels.
