Apartment was clean and well maintained. At check in host was helpful and friendly. Paid Parking very close. we will be back

Location and really well laid out for the price we paid

Only a couple of minor issues the small window in the front room was damaged so couldn’t shut properly and with the storm at the weekend made being in the front room very noisy and the electric radiator in the bedroom was noisy as it’s colder nights we had the radiator on and it’s clunked and clanked all night.

we have stayed here in the past at.least twice a year and won.t go any where else. very clean and everything you need for stay. host is very friendly and will go out of his way to help if he can.close to central pier,shops , coral island and all food outlets. will say again host is great guy.

Requested extra pillows as they were very thin, would suggest investing in new pillow & heavier duvet (maybe there is a heavier one in winter months!)

It is in a very centric and great location. You can literally see the coral island, Blackpool tower and beach. We were able to see a firework show from the apartment window as it was raining outside.

We didn't have hot water while we were staying as we were unable to find the switch... Maybe for the future guests there should be clearer instructions, or water left on just before arrival. But everything else was working perfectly fine

Minutes from coral island, shops and coach station. Owner was very polite, and only a phone call away if needed. Asked for an early check in time and the request was granted Flat 4 was very clean and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. Kettle, cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge and all utencils. Would definitely stay again.

Entrance to the front door could do with a hand rail on the wall especially needed when leaving the flats for a safer exit Windows in flat 4 wouldn't open to let any fresh air in Outside window in bedroom needed cleaning

Was very clean had everything we needed close by. Car parking where could see my car. The owner was very nice .will definitely stay here again .
