Convenient for coral island and sea life centre.

Cold rooms (storage heater) no hot water. Surrounding area not very pleasant I noticed needles and used condoms on the floor outside.

The location was the only thing going for this property.

The property is in serious need for significant maintenance. As soon as we opened the front door there was an overpowering stench of DAMP! The damp is so bad that the wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the walls themselves are damp to the touch. The laminate flooring is buckled and broken and the damp problem is so severe that the subfloor itself is giving way underneath. Damp has been a problem with this property dating back to 2023 and beyond looking at earlier reviews. The back door was letting in water, the WiFi wasn't working, and when we reported these problems back to the host we were told "the floor was damaged by a previous guest and the property was "recently renovated" - so how do you explain all of the damage and disruption caused by the damp, penetrating damp through the walls in the bedroom and the floor being completely rotten from the neglect? It should have been us asking for a £200 deposit from the owner/management, not the other way around.

Take £200 deposit and find any reason not to pay you back your deposit,, road is quite loud,, house was freezing for hours til the old fashioned heaters to warm up

The front door wasn’t working properly so door code wasn’t needed, couldn’t work hot water, no tea towel or washing up liquid, bedrooms were cold and damp on living room ceiling

Worst place I have ever stayed in Toilet blocked on day 1 Took 2 days to fix Battery went on keypad for door, I had to sort myself and wasn’t reimbursed

The way it was kept all clean and very up 2 date great location to beach would defo stay here next time and longer too!!

Apartment was fab loads of room for us,everything we needed. Ali the host was amazing answered all my questions and was a message away if needed. Would defo stay again ❤️
