Property was secure and very comfortable.

Location was slightly further out but this is a minor gripe. It’s 2-3 mins from the tram stop.

Location was excellent and very close to South Pier and Pleasure Beach

Location was great, nice having parking onsite. Security cameras everywhere which I thought was a great idea. Nice and clean and comfortable apartment. Andi was lovely and a nice guy to chat to and really helpful.

One negative, we weren’t made aware of the prepayment machine in the apartment for electric usage before booking. Which was pointed out once we had arrived by Andi. But we felt restricted by having a shower or using the oven in the property. As money you had loaded into the £1 coin machine would be used up very quickly I’d estimate £3ish in a day if all four of us had a 5 minute shower. You could hear the meter spinning around very quickly if you used the shower or oven. This annoyed me as we’ve never experienced this in any property we’ve ever stayed in and really see no need for it. I’d rather pay a higher charge for the room than having to try and get change everyday to put in the meter. This is the only negative everything else was fine.

It was close to promenade . The owner was pleasant and helpful.

The shower was not very good as too small . Chairs in kitchen felt like they were ready to break . There was a lot of condensation on windows.

The location was perfect for checking out rental houses in the area as we are moving to Blackpool very soon

The hot watter heater in the kitchenette is a little out dated . It vibrated and made a lot of noise when in use. But over all the place was great for what we paid.

Very cold , no heating. Expensive electricity meter. Damp bedroom condensation on window sills made everything wet. Very dated decor.
