Lovely clean apartment, Andi the host was so welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Free parking was a bonus. Be back again next year

It’s got its own electric metre. Couple pound a day showers cooking food for the four of us everyday it’s not bad. It’s the only thing I could fault

The size of the apartment and the owners are lovely

The stairs to the top floor are a bit narrow

It was close to the beach and local shops such as Iceland which has great deals so defo go there Andy was happy to help and was a lovely host.

When we booked the meter wasn't mentioned or wasn't shown , although Andy did confirm that it take.much which it roughly took £9 for the seven days we were staying at the property.

When we got to the property myself and my 82 year old mother andi quickly realised my mother would not manage all the stairs to our room 6 and he did not hesitate and put us in room 1 on the ground floor that was a family room buy it’s size and beds in bedroom and pull out bed in living room.A perfect gentle man had a great stay evening you want and with a bus ride or tram away but I hired a wheelchair for mum made things a lot easier.Will definitely stay again lovely sun trap front garden.I would recommend Phillips apartments to anyone visiting Blackpool.

There was nothing I didn’t like about Phillips apartments quite location everything within a five minute walk great owners always on hand if you needed anything friendly andi and his wife are great very warm and welcoming.
