Somerset House Apartments

All you need in an apartment. Nice friendly staff.

Great location nice and clean my boys liked it thier was comfortable and we enjoyed out 2 nights away

Staff couldn't of done more to be welcoming and help with absolutely anything. Felt very at home.

Nicola (site manager) was absolutely lovely, easy to talk to and went above and beyond. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Was a breeze to check in and out. Our family wanted to stay longer so Nicola found us another accommodation elsewhere for us as they were fully booked. Loads of arcades, gift shops nearby along with plenty of places to eat. Lots of decoration.

The main bedroom light didn’t work. But the bed side lamps were sufficient.

I loved the accessibility to fairs and attractions including the beach. The staff was also nice and welcoming.

I found that there was no proper identification to access the apartment on arrival. There were lots of noise from outside that made sleeping difficult.

Limited likes.

Most things about my stay. Apartment is not like pictures, building is dated, encountered a few problems.

There was plenty of beds to go around and 2 private bedrooms the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances they had two little sofa chairs for toddlers as well

One shower had paint dried at the bottom so we used the other bathroom for the shower and the bigger one for the toilet as we found it pretty cramped in the en suite one tv was broken in a bedroom and wasn’t fixed even though we was told it would be and we found the WiFi didn’t reach the 3rd floor very well and data wasn’t great either so none of the tv’s worked very well which is a reason why we chose it as we have kids who like the tv for bed and couldn’t they tried to sort it but in the end we was left with nothing working so bare that in mind if you have kids in that room who need tv’s for bed. ALSO if your 5”10 and over be prepared to almost bash your head of most of the ceilings and shower as it’s set out for smaller people the ceilings in a few places are fairly low oh and it’s up 4 sets of stairs
