Somerset House Apartments

The property was within walking distance of everything you needed - closer to central then south and there were homeware stores just around the corner when you ran out of anything that you needed- the site manager nicola was such a lovely lady, she went above and beyond to help us, there was literally nothing that she wouldn't do, you can truly see she cares about the guests that stay there :) the apartments were all clean and tidy and fresh bedding, bins emptied you name it! We would definitely come back here! Parking on the road outside the apartments is also free which is a winner! So if you manage to get a place dont move again or you'll probably lose it! :)

Excellent apartment, fantastic value for money. Everything was lovely, big enough for the 3 of us & Nicola was amazing, there wasn't a thing she didn't offer to do for us....We will be back again. Thank you.

Scaffolding outside beds uncomfortable shower was a joke no hot water in kitchen you had to boiler to get hot water

It was really nice and clean

Staff and owner were extremely accommodating, especially as our booking was last minute after being let down by a previous booking

Liked everything

Everything! We stay in Blackpool a lot and came across this place unintentionally when our previous hotel cancelled last minute on New Year’s Eve! However we are glad they did as we won’t stay anywhere else now! Lovely hotel! The hosts were amazing from the gent on the phone who was very informative and the lady at the property was amazing! Could not fault them! The apartment was nice and cosy and the kids loved the bunk beds! We are looking forward to coming back!

Lovely apartment. Right beside the carpark so easy to park car in the car park and walk to accomodation. Short walk to promenade from apartment. Sofa bed was comfortable. Double bed and single bed in bedroom and double sofa bed in lounge.

The street was a bit run down, like other parts of Blackpool. This is obvious not under the control of the owners of this property

The second apartment we were allocated was small but ok and much better than the first one. The lady who managed the apartments was amazing she couldn’t have been more helpful.

The first apartment we were allocated was grim/ awful. It was very old and not clean the toilet smelt awful. I put the kettle in and the lights tripped. Had we not been given another apartment I don’t think we could have stayed there.
