Withnell Stays - Apartment Three

Lovely and clean the bedroom was comfortable. It was all very modern great location with a 20/25, min walk to the main strip and tower.

The sofa bed in the lounge wasn't very comfortable for the kids as there was hard bits stuck up in the middle. Also the shower either scolded you or froze you every minute .

Great location, accessible to the fair and the tram lines if wanting to go the north pier end. Modern clean and tidy, had everything you need including an iron and a hairdryer. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee was much needed after our travels. Would definitely recommend and are looking forward to booking again and staying in one of the larger ones however this is perfect for a family of 4.

The water pressure was a bit hit and miss assuming it’s when other residents were also running water could also be to do with being on the top floor but it was ok still worked fine for washing dishes and having a quick shower.

Great location, good communication from hosts, off-street parking, apartment had everything we need.

Nice apartment very clean

The location, it was hard to find I drove round in a circle 4 times. There was no signs stating that it was the withnell apartment it was just really confusing because it was on a street full of houses/flats; same with the parking it says it’s around the back but doesn’t give any description on how to get there. Ended up ringing the company and the lovely lady directed me from the bottom of the street to the apartments, lovely service from the company though.

Modern clean apartment

Had trouble getting into the apartment bad customer service I paid £100 security deposit to be returned to my bank account 7 days after vacating the apartment still waiting for that to happen 3 weeks later all my calls and messages are ignored so not value for money also anti social behaviour from other properties on the street

The location was great. Parking available and liked the keyless entry. It was nice that the kitchenware all followed a theme. Not noisy.

We booked the apartment for 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There was 1 double bed and a 2 seater sofa. That folded down. It was bearly wider than a single bed and as a 5ft 2in I couldn’t lie straight due to the arm rests. There weren’t enough pillows or bedding or towels. Also couldn’t understand how there price was budget but then asked for £100 security deposit. The mind boggled.

The shower was poor. Beautiful bathroom but no power to the shower (virtually a drip) and I couldn’t let my children use it as it literally switched every few seconds from freezing cold to boiling hot. Although the apartment was lovely and is very well equipped it shouldn’t come up when you search to sleep 5. There was myself, fiancé and our 3 children which I searched on booking.com. When we arrived there was a double bed and a sofa bed so 3 children had to share. it was ok for one night but absolute maximum it should sleep is 4 unless another sofa/ chair bed is added

I didn’t like it

The floor was creaky and very unsafe felt like I could fall through at any minute. The sofa bed had an awful smell to it and was broken my partner and me fell back on it when we sat down. There was marks all over the walls dirty marks. The sink seemed new the only new thing it seemed in the building but the water was scalding hot and there was no caution sign. I usually wait a while and test the water just in case but it was extremely scalding hot water like from a boiler. It burnt my partners hand. When I complained I was asked to show a picture ??? My partners skin is of colour and does not show. Not sure how I’m supposed to show evidence regardless it was scalding hot and there was no caution. The staircase barriers outside our room was loose, we nearly fell through holding onto it for support. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I discussed this with the owner privately and he did not seem caring just seemed to be in it for the money and just a money grabber. I still haven’t received my deposit back yet even though me and my partner barely stayed in that room only used to sleep so I see no problem why I would not receive my full amount of deposit back. Again I would not book here there are so many better places in Blackpool , I unfortunately realised this too late as a tourist I have never been here before. DO NOT BOOK !!!! Just money hungry. disgusting.
