Warm quite big

The toilet seat was dirty, plus the shower is either too hot or too cold

Nicely presented apartment. Free WiFi was a big plus. Good Internet speed.

Outside the building was like a building site. I'm guessing this building and the building next door are still under renovation, it wasn't terrible though and the actual flat made up for this. I duvet that was with the sofa bed was stained. Pillows smelt in the bedroom. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Modern very spacious. Excellent value. Easy access and fast communication from the host. Very well presented with good quality kitchen appliances and equipment. Large lounge with big TV and all the channels and TV apps. Amazing place to stay . Highly recommended. Parking is available.

The location

The flat was cold only one radiator worked the shower was like standing under a watering can wifi works in one room only white powder on knives in the kitchen uneven floor boards done very cheaply done no good for families more for people partying

Smart tv

The heating was not adequate for the property, it never got warm, which is disgraceful seen as though it was -4 we had to resort in sleeping in our jackets, the sofa bed is not fit for use, it cannot hold you sturdy my child rolled over whilst asleep and it tipped him and his friend over! It rocks side to side it is not sturdy at all and when used in the sofa position you tip backwards, the property is surrounded by rubble with no lighting rear to the property where the parking ia not good when arriving in the dark! The owner refused to accept the heating is terrible l, didn't even offer to have it checked out, refused refund. Do not stay here!

Dirty knickers behind the radiator in the living area ahahah 🤣🤣 Also still waiting for my deposit back left the place spotless so Can’t see the hold up ?😅

The location was great and the bed was comfortable.

The apartment wasn’t very clean when I got there. There was a big brown stain on one of the pillows, bits all over the floor and marks all over the walls. I had to involve booking.com with regards to getting my security deposit back. I waited 8 days and got booking to raise the dispute. I would have been more patient had the apartment been clean. They then spoke to the owners who said it was an arranged fee so I wouldn’t get it back. Then after speaking to owners they told me there was a dispute ongoing so I would have to wait. I phoned booking the same day (after 3 weeks) and they told me that wasn’t the case at all, the dispute was settled 7 days previous and they refunded me and invoiced the property. I would still be waiting now 3+ weeks later if booking hadn’t refunded me. Looking at a reply sent to a previous lady who hadn’t got her money back tells you all you need to know. They accused her of lying, and they’ll prob do the same here, rest assured I have zero reason to lie! They intentionally wouldn’t give my money back out of spite it felt. Incredibly rude owner who has no knowledge on how to provide a decent service.
