The apartment was very clean and we were very pleased with the size of the property as my baby was able to play. Close to most main attractions in Blackpool so many things were very accessible. All round great stay

The only think we could fault was that the lights in the bathroom worked but was not bright so when we had the door closed it was very dark and we had to shower with the torch on our phones on

Apartment was clean and everything we needed to cook. Less than 5min walk to the south pier and swimming pool

This is our 2nd stay, and unfortunately our last. Our first visit was 2yrs ago in the 3 bed apartment. It was brand new, clean and very funky! This stay we couldn't book the 3 bed so 4 of our group booked a 2 bed, my husband and I booked a 1 bed. Ours was in the house next door. It was dated and very basic in comparison to the 2 and 3 beds next door. The bed was like rock. We brought our own pillows after seeing reviews about the poor quality provided. I'm glad we did. Bathroom smelt fusty and just not nice. Neither of us showered the next morning! Our deposit had to be chased. Our friends received theirs days before us, without chasing. The sofa bed, although not used as a bed was rock hard to sit on, the decor in the lounge was so basic, like student digs. Nothing like the 2 and 3 bed apartments which had great colour schemes, velvet corner sofas etc. I've hesitated leaving a review until I received the return of my deposit as the response to other not so good reviews has been very blunt and defensive from the owner.

The location is great, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom is a good size with a comfy bed.

The hallways and stairs stunk. To the point we had to cover our noses when in them. It was absolutely vile. Like a sewer kind of smell. The sofa bed is horrific. When you fold it out there’s a lump, that appears to be metal, right in the middle of it. When you lay on it, it’s right in the middle of your back! The person sleeping on it, had to put a pillow over it and lay on the pillow, but they could still feel it. The shower is dangerous. It’s either fantastically freezing or quite literally burns you. It seems to go in a cycle of freezing, just about ok, burn you like your in the depths of hell, all in a matter of seconds. It repeats in a cycle like that. As we were leaving, a lady arrived to clean. We told her of the issues and she said she’d pass them on to the owners. But we never heard anything back again.

Spotlessly clean, easy access, good quality furnishings and although we didn’t use the kitchen facilities there was everything you needed to prepare and cook meals

Water pressure of the shower was really low so was weak/slow running. Around 5 light bulbs in the hall way of the apartment weren’t working so lighting was quite dim whilst getting ready to go out
