kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All of the place is dirty, even bedsheets, blankets and towels. Kitchen only the kettle is look like clean to use. Got cups but did not have cutlery

The bath heater located at the masterbedroom most likely not user freindly which sometimes the heater not function at all even the controller already set at max. Need improvement for this matter. Another one, as the booking.com apps had already mentioned the owner will share the check in & check out instruction 1 dah before the date for check in. Unfortunately, the customer need to contact owner to share the check in instructions 2 hours before 15:00. Need improvement for this matter too.
