Die im Appartment angepriesene Küche gibt es nicht. Im Appartment ist nur ein Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Was es gibt, ist eine ok ausgestattete allgemeine Küche. Eine Haltestation der Greenline ist ganz in der Nähe. Allerdings ist die Greenline völlig überlastet, weshalb in Stosszeiten die "Strassenbahn " mehr als 45 Minuten für die ca. 5km in die Stadt braucht. Sie steht dann mehr, als dass sie fährt.

Can be difficult without staff onsite and the AI bot responses to issues (I didn't have an American Sim so I couldn't call the number when I had hot water issues). A bit of noise transfer from the apartment above.

An excellent location and value. The building is beautiful, as are the rooms. Not spacious but enough for city stay.

The mattress was not to my liking. I prefer a firmer mattress.

The place is like student apartment. It has almost everything and you can buy grocery food and prepare by yourself. The location is also very easy to the greenline. And afterwards going to everywhere.

It seems not as a default to clean the place, unless you did the request. Considering some people may have a long stay, it shall be some default to do the clean. And anyway it may save lots of effort for a long-stayed room to have an clean-up in the middle of the stay. It makes customer feel refresh again and it makes the owner to maintain the place easier. P.S. it looks like the roof is quite thin. You can hear people walking on top of your head. But this may cost a fortune to do a remodel. But definitely a minus, when you travel to Boston having jetlag. And we were easily waken up at the midnight, by someone start walking in his/her room loudly.

There is nowhere to park a vehicle overnight (as well as weird hours of the morning like 8am-10am) without paying for it or getting fined. The booking host does not make this info clear or evident to the guests either. There are no signs. The ticket you will get for parking overnight is $30 but the host wants $50 for overnight parking. A real parking scam going on there in Brookline. Would not recommend if you are traveling with a vehicle.

The room had everything needed for a short stay. It was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very pleasant and peaceful, with no street noise. The location was wonderful, with a T stop to the city center right at the end of the block. Going to Boston and back took 20 minutes and was always a pleasant trip, day or night. Many shops and restaurant walking distance from the apartment.

The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. One day it was perfect and hot, and the other day it was cold. Luckily it was a warm summer time, but it would be much more unpleasant on a winter day.

The room was very clean, smelled very good. Very cozy on a great location

The mattress could've been firmer but that's a matter of preference

Location and quiet

Lack of hot water, bathroom not very clean. No luggage storage facility you had to wait until the 4PM check in time to leave your belongings.
