A Stylish Stay w/ a Queen Bed, Heated Floors.. #24

The apt is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, but only steps away from a T-connection to Boston proper. Coolidge Corner or Washington Square are close with several options for a drink or dinner. The apt was very clean and comfortable. Adjustable AC was a great plus!

You can hear quite well to the neighboring apartments. With loud neighbors that can be an issue. I had no problems.

The location of the stay was wonderful since it was close enough to Coolidge Corner - an area with plenty of food and things to do - but also far away enough to have privacy and quietness. The building was beautiful and well-kept. It was a really warm room and we were grateful to have an AC.

Like previous reviews, we noticed a large stain on the couch. Additionally, we were unsure if the towels were clean as we saw some make-up stains on them. We noticed that only the bathroom had heated floors - it is not the entire apartment. The apartment seemed a little too expensive for a one-night stay and a studio. The ceilings are a little thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors.
