Victoriei Deluxe Suites

Fantastic location with a nice view over Victoria Square and a beautiful part of Bucharest. Metro station and bus stops very near. The apartament is well equipped, modern and comfortable. The double glazing of the balcony and flat itself makes it very quiet. Very helpful owner, went and bought two items I said I needed. Cleanliness is at high standards. There is a porter throughout the day at the entrance, so it feels secure.

A rather minor problem: overhead shower head location causes splashing of the bathroom floor. But this can be mitigated by use of shower mats (pleanty have been provided)

in the apartment is very warm, but dirty floor, slippers were not. hot water had to wait 20 minutes. and was quite surprised by the lack of kitchen pull. It’s hard to cook

Everything was perfect!

The location was great, with easy access and overall as advertised.

There was hot water, except for the first evening.  During the message exchange, the host first blames the town for maintenance works and ends it up after a couple of days saying that he actually has a separate heater.  If the town has maintenance scheduled, he should not rent the place or at least mention it in conditions. If he has a heater, which I doubt since there was no hot water, to talk about it and not starting it right away was insulting. On the other hand, I don't know if any of the above was true, since I ended up moving out in the last night to a hotel nearby where there was actually water, both hot and cold.
