The location is gorgeous, nice view and close to metro station.

warm water supply could be better.

Excellent location, nice building. l particularly liked the artistic touch used. Bed is very comfortable.

Hot water takes a while to warm up but it is not a real issue.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Excellent location, close to everything (subway is next to the building, 3-4 grocery stores across the street, infnite choice of restaurants and pubs within a five minute walk - best wine store/restaurant is actually just across the street). Great noise insulation, so it was very quiet inside, despite the bustling square and roads surrounding the building. Host was very helpful and prompt throughout the stay. The apartment itself has an amazing view, see attached pics. On a clear day you can actually see the mountains with binoculars, and is very nicely furnished (modern furniture). It is very large, and it has lots of windows and a large balcony. It is very clean and the sheets were changed several times during our stay. There are two elevators. Building is very well maintained and very clean. Also, the building has a security guard most of the time. During most weekends, the boulevard the building is on, becomes a pedestrian-only zone, and is full of people and art installations.

Hot water was a constant issue due to the unreliability of the city's water company. This is a widespread issue throughout Bucharest, so all apartments without their own heating system are subject to this. The apartment has a small water heater, but turning it on and off required the host's help. This was very helpful. The bed was very squeaky.
