New Charming Studio

Nice flat, near to the public transport stop (10 min to University square). It was possible to check in 1 hour before normal check in time. Check out within 12.00 was also very good.

Unfortunately it's very hard to speak with an owner before and during the stay. We had a problem with a boiler, no hot water and no heating, I wrote a message but until today (already back home) I had no reply. Thanks God my bf was able with a help of internet and his manuality fix it but we had to fix it every hour otherwise it was switched off and doesn't work. Before going there I had to contact Booking assistance because I had no reply regarding check in informations.

The studio is cozy, it is on the ground floor very accessible, clean and the neighborhood is good, but if you go to the center it takes you less than 25 min. Very good for value.

The host doesn't send you the check in details unless you ask him, I had to sit down in the entrance and wait. The key has a green security key that is round to let you in the building he doesn't explain how to open the building door, but I figured it out,some countries we don't have this. I didn't want it to mention it but, little cockroach infestation in the kitchen, not a big deal. sorry.

The flat is very small but for one person it is very convenient. Everything that you need is there. The aircon was perfect just on time for the weather 😊

Very comfortable 😄,and we loved that we had air conditioner because it was so hot. It was close to some good food and shopping places.
