There was some insects

Initially the stay at new charming studio was great. The apartment was good and we liked it. The area was not too bad. It is dark at night and sometimes uncomfortable, but easy to reach the city center by buses.

Then we experienced uncomfortable situations especially the cleaning. Under the bed the floor was so dirty. We found out insects the first night. We can attach a photo of it. No shower gel and soap to clean hands. We tried to contact the owner but we didn’t received any reply, nothing. Dissapointed.

The location wasn't a concern because I rented it already knowing it wasn't very close to the city center. The room was quite dirty, filled with insects (cockroaches and spiders) throughout the room and bathroom. It surprised me that it had a good score regarding the wifi, as the room simply didn't have any. I was a bit frustrated because I needed wifi to work one of the days. But I understand that sometimes things like this happen. I contacted the host who, as it seemed to me, completely ignored my issue. I had to go to a bar to be able to work. I don't recommend it to anyone; both the stay and the support were very poor.

The apartment is modern and fresh with nice decor and the bed was comfortable and clean and warm. The shower was hot and good flow, so I had no issues with the shower. The location is not central, but there is a bus stop right outside the apartment and there is a fast and reliable bus service easy to get next bus time using google maps, I used the bus all the time and for me it was perfect. Also you can use Uber and it's super cheap if you need taxi, but the bus is very reliable and stops outside. There is a supermarket 3 minute walk away from the apartment which is good for supplies. There is a coffee maker should you want to make coffee and there is a microwave if you want to boil water to make tea. I had no issues with the kitchen. Unless you want to make a banquet for 20 people the kitchen is fine. The area felt very nice and safe and there are some really nice bars in the area if you want to go and socialise nearby.

The host provided me with how to get the keys, however I had issues with the key as it didn't open the front door, he neglected to mention that there is a FOB on the key ring and you need to touch the FOB on the intercom to open the front door then the key opens the apartment. I spent several minutes trying to get the key to open front door and I started looking for a side door, but then by luck someone else came along and touched their fob on the intercom and I worked out that's where you touch the fob. Had this been mentioned on the key details then the issue would not be one. The wifi was not working, which could be a problem if you need it, but I had good 5g SIM so wasn't a problem for me, but as it's advertised with WiFi it should be available as people may need it, I see many other reviewers have had the same problem.

Everything was great. Simpe check-in. Wi-Fi worked quite good. Apartman was clean, cosy, suprisingly spacious, warm. Bed was comfortable. Location is not near city center, but Bolt is very affordable. Excellent ratio value for money. Recommendations!
