Unica nota positiva è la posizione in centro.

Poca pulizia,poco confort,pessimo..4 punti sono solo per la posizione. Il corridoio del condominio era al buio,quindi ogni volta dovevano munirci di torcia.. Una sera ci è capitato oltretutto di assistere a una scena disgustosa di due ragazzi che "amoreggiavano" sul pianerottolo dell'appartamento, Stanza poco pulita,bagno mini e assenza di tappeto. Unica nota positiva è la posizione,il resto non merita nulla.

Nothing. We had to have a discution about our booking. After 20 min. We left to take a break, thene we call'd they proclamide there was a water damage, that was a lie because we meet some guys out infront of the building. They just arrived and they offered cash money. Also they said they had cancled it but they lied. They just wanted more money. Don't ever rent there if you want to be treated with a little bit respect

Assolutamente niente

Pulizia pessima , materassi gialli e sporchi , insetti in casa ovunque , acqua calda assente , riscaldamento di altri tempi , frigo inesistente , phone assente . In foto sembra carino e sistemato però nella realtà tutto il contrario , forse erano foto di 20 anni fa quando avranno fatto i lavori . Preferivo dormire fuori sulle panchine 😅

The apartment we stayed in was a half an hour walk from where it said the apartment was located. There was a bad smell, it wasn't clean and we felt very uneasy about staying there due to the apartment not being anywhere near the location that it said on booking.com. A very disappointing experience.

ottima posizione

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata molto deludente. L’ambiente non è risultato accogliente e già dall’ingresso si percepiva un forte odore di fumo, presente costantemente durante tutto il soggiorno. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: in bagno ho trovato la carta igienica già aperta e non sostituita, e il letto non era sistemato con cura. Il lenzuolo si è spostato facilmente e il materasso sottostante era visibilmente sporco, con numerosi capelli neri presenti. Una situazione che ho trovato davvero poco igienica. Inoltre, per arrivare all’appartamento si attraversa un palazzo completamente buio e dall’aspetto poco rassicurante, che non mi è sembrato adatto — soprattutto per due ragazze — e che non trasmette alcuna sensazione di sicurezza. Mi auguro che la struttura possa migliorare sotto l’aspetto della pulizia, dell’accoglienza e della sicurezza, aspetti fondamentali per garantire un soggiorno sereno agli ospiti.

Квартира мрак, запах сигарет (хотя написано, что курить в квартире нельзя, все вещи провонялись), валялась упаковка от использованного презерватира в кухонных пренадлежностях. В квартире бегало 2 таракана. Стены и пол с повреждениями, плинтус погрызенный. Несмотря на наличие котла, в квартире очень холодно, тянет с окон и подъезда (хотя на улице было не слишком холодно). Постель несвежая, розетки вырванные из стены. Подъезд мрак, разбитые окна, грязный двор. Шумно. Музыка из заведений под окнами играла до 4:30 утра. Поспать почти не удалось, атмосфера давящая. Фотографии совершенно не соответсвуют реальности. The apartment is a total nightmare. It reeks of cigarettes (even though it’s listed as non-smoking; all my clothes now smell like smoke). I even found a used condom wrapper among the kitchen utensils. There were cockroaches running around the place. The walls and floors are damaged, and the baseboards look chewed up. Despite having a boiler, it’s freezing inside because of drafts coming from the windows and the building hallway (even though it wasn’t that cold outside). The bedding wasn’t fresh, and the electrical sockets are literally hanging out of the walls. The building entrance is creepy, with broken windows and a filthy courtyard. It’s extremely noisy—music from the bars below played until 4:30 AM. I hardly got any sleep; the atmosphere is depressing. The photos are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all.

Foarte multă gălăgie, mai exact muzica care a deranjat somnul de noapte!

Location is good

Bathroom is too small..when you take a bath the water spread out not inside the CR also reached the kitchen area.
