UAThe owner agreed to meet us at 3 AM which was cool because we were on a bus to the city till that time. Also, the view from the apartment is insane. The apartment itself is very good and comfortable.
TRvery central location close to everything view from the apartment is really good
there was no hot water for our 2nd day (we stayed only for two days) the apartment was not very clean when we entered (not dirty but also not very clean) the building is a bit shaddy. there are 17 floors and maybe 7-8 apartment in each and there are only 2 working elevators (and in one day only 1 working elevator) so getting in an out could be a problem as I had to take stairs (of course down not up) for 15 floors in one day
LTGreat location, right next to the Old town. Good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. Interesting view of the city and parliament building. Helpful host and convenient check-in. Apartment is supplied with necessities so you don't have to buy everything for a short stay.
The building is quite old and noise isolation is almost nonexistent. You can hear every step of upstairs neighbors on the squeaky floors or even people talking. Terrible place to sleep as sometimes neighbors are loud and shouting even during the night. Had to look where to get earplugs, but even those doesn't protect from the noise completely. Also kitchen lacked pots for cooking, there is just one pan and that's it.
ROLocation is near the city center and you can walk 10 minutes to visit the old town. For the other locations we took the subway which is at 300 meters away. The rooms are very nice, clean and silent. Kitchen is complete and we thank for coffee machine fully loaded, just push the button ! The view is nice towards Parliament Palace and , in this period, the Christmas fair. Ideal location to visit Bucharest !

People who do not close lift door, abd therefore you stack on 13rh floor till have to use steps to go to the lift.
BGVery good place to stay if you are looking for a location near the old town. We enjoyed the panoramic view of the Parliament. Easy check-in and check-out. We had all the needed utilities. The rooms were clean and warm.
