The Bed …. Very very cheap , maybe a second hand bed , I think the worst bed , noise , poor mattress, never seen something like that till now

GBThis apartment boasts one of the most breathtaking views, with a stunning panorama of the Palace of Parliament and the city. However, the bathtub was somewhat uncomfortable, and our neighbors hosted parties every night during our stay. It seems that the flat could benefit from some renovations, but considering the reasonable price, I still recommend it for what it offers.
ITThe view from the little terrace and the location close to the old town. The owner welcomes you and is quick to respond.
Tiny bathroom and small bathtub. Would be more functional with an accessible shower. Like most Rumenian buildings I've visited, the hall and the communal areas are sort of "rundown" and would need a good scratch and paint.

USClean apartment but utensils are not.
No parking (not as indicated on the facilities) unless you pay at the municipal street parking. Wouldn't call it an apartment with a balcony as the width can only accommodate 1 stool on the 15th floor. Dark, dirty, uneven hallways.
