Romana Square Apartment near Old Town - Ultracentral Location

Locație aproape de mijloacele de transport, cu tot ce trebuie pentru o scurtă ședere. Colaborarea cu proprietarul f ok, Check in și check out foarte simple.,cu cod de acces.

Nu a fost apa caldă, dar nu tine de proprietate.(e centralizat) Poate ar fi mai utila o soluție proprie(boiler sau altceva).

Everything was good, the location is good. The apartment had everything you needed.

We were three girls, and the neighborhood felt safe. There are supermarkets nearby, and the location was convenient. It’s a good place for a short stay or a family trip. Towels were provided, but having a few extra ones would have been appreciated. The staff responded, though with some delay.

The toilet had a strange smell, even though it was clean. It would also be helpful to have a rug or mat in the bathroom, as the shower cabin leaks water onto the floor.

Apartment was clean, kitchen was nice.

1. There was no microwave or hairdryer in the room. If you can somehow do without the microwave, then not having a hairdryer is terribly inconvenient. It seems to me that a hairdryer should be included even at the lowest price of apartments because its absence creates big problems. 2. A lot of things in the apartment was broken: The shower stall was tilted so that when you stand in it you feel like it's about to fall over, one of the doors was broken (it's simply not there). The kitchen door was also broken, many of the furniture handles were broken, the side of the sofa was broken (we repaired it ourselves), and the mattresses were lying in an awful state in the open closet (you can see all this on the photos). 3. Upon arrival, the host was unresponsive to messages. We struggled to locate the correct key safe as the host provided vague instructions, and there were multiple similar boxes near the entrance. We had to try codes on several until we found the right one. Additionally, the host provided no information on parking, leaving us to find a spot in an unfamiliar city late at night.

The air conditioning, washing machine, gas stove, and TV all worked well. The apartment was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the internet was fast.

Several things in the apartment were not in good condition. The couch is not suitable for sleeping, so I wouldn't recommend it. The door between the room and the kitchen doesn't close properly, and the shower is quite unstable – it might not feel safe.

It was a nice apartment with cheaper rent. Specially owner of this apartment he was very sincere.

Good location and host!

There is room for minor improvements raised with the owner, worth relaying your needs beforehand. Some traffic noise on busy weekdays.
