wi fi was not working. called host and he did not get back to me on it. TV also did not work and on last morning we had no hot water at all. Only one lift worked out of two which raised concerns on how reliable the working lift would be but as we were on 8th floor we were forced to use it.

Fantastic location overlooking the park and easily walkable to all the main sites. Spacious and a stunning balcony, had the weather been good enough to enjoy it.

Parking and kichen facilities not as advertised. No private undercover parking as stated however there is free on street parking nearby. Arriving late at night it was tricky to work out which spaces are free. No oven or kettle as advertised, just a microwave and dodgy wiring with the socket hanging off the wall. Lift in the building is very rickety and didn't seem to be functioning on the eve I arrived so trudged up 9 floors with luggage. Poor communication from host... Did not respond to my messages at all, simply pinged out an automated request for a review on day 1 of my stay.

The location is convenient as it’s quite central. The view from the terrace is amazing.

Easy to check in. Located beside a park with a big balcony, def our favourite part. Also only 15 mins walk from most places.

The water takes some time to heat up because its on a high floor. The lift was scary but most buildings in Bucharest are the same.

The room was very clean and tidy. We had facilities such as a kettle, microwave etc, we didn't use these but it was good to have them as an option. It was a good location, the park was beautiful and views were lovely. About a 20 min walk into the Old Town.

The apartment building was very run down and dated. Often smelt weed outside the apartment block. The lift looked like it could break down at any moment and there is a lot of work that needs to be done. The room was good however the apartment block lets it down as it felt unsafe at times. It ruins the overall stay as we probably wouldn't want to come back to the apartment block, even though the room was good.

It was a really nice apartment, pretty much looked like the photos. Bed was comfortable. The balcony was lovely and had a great view over the city, and I was happy to see air con as I didn't realise it would be quite so warm. The location was also really great, close to a beautiful park and lots of cafes and close walking distance to key attractions and restaurants.

The description of the property at the time of booking said there was a hob/oven etc. However, we just had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker - as I was there for 5 days this was not good as I was planning on cooking a lot. They warned us that the water could take a few minutes to heat up in the shower, but this was closer to 10 minutes so have to get up extra early if you have somewhere to be. I also think it could be a tad cleaner in the bathroom and the bed sheets could be better.
