Good property’ but felt mislead as property photos previsit included a lounge which we were precluded from using

Ceiling fan not optimal due to noise a heat pump would have been preferable

Breakfast very adequate and nice. Lovely extras eg fruit juice, biscuits and toiletries. Magazines to read and plenty of local brochures. Extremely clean. Walling path through the gate and close to town.

Nothing it was superb

The hosts provided a variety of simple but yummy items for breakfast including toast, jam, biscuits, fruit, milk and juice!

Nothing really, the advertisement was reflective of the place we stayed at.

Lovely spot. Room equiped with lots of thoughtful touches.

Lovely quiet, peaceful location looking out over a park. Very comfortable room with modern bathroom. Immaculately clean and plentiful breakfast supplies. Perfect for our 1 night stay in Cambridge.

No privacy blinds on the windows. The hosts were very respectful of our privacy so did not enter the lovely garden facing the room while we were there but there is a park outside the other window which mean't it was not possible to have a rest in the afternoon without pulling down the full blackout blinds.

The calm after having a hectic drive down from Whangarei. Lovely green outlook to a park. Well appointed and we couldn't fault the breakfast supplies.
