The view out the back onto an open field was amazing. We did some star gazing and got some amazing pictures. It is also very close to Hobbiton, which we went to in the morning.

Andrea was very accommodating with meeting with keys and communication was very easy. It was beautifully set up and very clean. The breakfast options were great including lovely spreads, yoghurt and delicious fresh fruit.

"Quite, comfortable, well stocked B&B near city center"

Quiet residential street, backed by a walking path, close to city center. Hostess Andrea was very pleasant. Lots of amenities and extras for breakfast. The room and en-suite and kitchenette were all well thought out and enjoyable.

To no fault of the owners, we needed to close all curtains at night because of proximity to walking path and walkers passing by on occasion. TV was small. These were 2 small inconveniences that were by far compensated by the positive vibe of the property.
