Eles oferecem 3 linhas de wi-fi, porém nenuma delas estava disponível. Isso é lamnetável, porque hoje não se pode conceber uma propriedade sem acesso à internet dentro de uma grande centro urbano.

The location was very good.

There were dead bugs on the bedsheets when we arrived. The backdoor was wide open when we arrived. The host didn't respond and when they did, they deflected the issues we raised. They never apologised for any of the issues. Their phone number on the booking.com chat is not working either, so getting a response from them wasn't easy. Overall I found the experience very poor.

Quite location, easy accessible to city center. Clean and easy check in.

Bit clearer info regarding the parking would be good. Wasn't immediately obvious if you could park anywhere out the front or just as the info states in front of the bay window. When coupled with the signs about clamping meant it was a little bit concerning leaving the car their for a few days.

Not what the description says. Should be a mews apartment as booking states. It's not it's a flat in a dingy building. No doors on rooms, no carpet. Poor cleanliness. Bedroom window doesn't close properly, very noisy road. Wifi poor also. Do not stay here if you want to sleep. Did message to be moved, they said they had no availability, should be given a refund

Could be cleaner. Towels were stained, there is some mould in the shower and I came across a silverfish. Some dishes were dirty in the cupboards (not cleaned from last visitors?) and I found fake eyelashes on a kitchen sponge. Throws on the couch had some gunk stuck on it and curtains look like they need a good wash. Glass table very wobbly and needs repair. Mesh in the cot was stained as well.

The flat had all the facilities we needed, with the small kitchen being well equipped for the self-catering which we wanted to do. Free parking on the drive outside was also ideal!

The flat wasn’t super modern - we felt the pictures on the listing were a bit misleading as they didn’t show the full extent of the flat, and made it look a bit more modern than it was. There was some noise from the main road outside the front bedroom too, but not too bad during the main part of the night.
