Wir waren im Parergon 203 Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert. Bei Ankunft wartet schon das Personal um behilflich zu sein. Man holt seine Schlüsselkarte Gebühr 75 Rand pro Person, kommt zzgl. noch hinzu, zahlbar vorort in bar oder Karte. Man wird zum Garagenstellplatz und Unterkunft geführt. Der Bereich ist abgeschlossen, sehr gut gesichert und es gibt Einlaßkontrollen. Pool und Fitness im Nebengebäude, ca. 100m entfernt kostenfrei nutzbar. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut und die Aussicht ist schön. Kommunikation erfolgt über Booking und man bekommt alle Information und auch schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Eine WhatsApp Nummer wird auch mitgeteilt, damit eine reibungslose Kommunikation möglich ist. Kommunikation auf englisch

+Great location, safe, central, quiet, spacious. Rather clean and well maintained.

-Property saw its better days, bathroom and shower are really tyred. Quite expensive, but you pay for your safety and great location

An upmarket apartment, very quiet, good appliances in the kitchen and comfortable furniture in the lounge which is rare in most rentals.

The only negative is that the shower is over the bath and not separate.
