Location, cleanliness, modern, spacious.

I wish some instructions for operating, coffee, machine, laundry, Uber process, TV had been written down and left to assist. I am 82 and hearing instructions on my arrival at late night after a hard day traveling made it difficult for me to feel assured I knew what I was doing.! I take that on me personally and it is probably not relevant for someone younger or more used to the modernity of this apartment. Also a longer stay would’ve helped me be more familiar. The staff were quick to respond via WhatsApp and I greatly appreciated that.

Location on Marina and it’s very closed from V&A.

It’s not clean and they should to do maintenance for furniture and renovation. I wish to provide bidet in toilets as optional for the guests

Es ist für uns sehr schwer die Unterkunft zu bewerten! Das Appartement ist sehr schön, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die Lage und Sicherheit top aber…,,,,

In der Anlage fanden Bauarbeiten statt! Wir wurden davon leider nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt! Über uns wurde alles neu ausgebaut, der Flur war eine komplette Baustelle! Am schlimmsten war jedoch für uns das mit Lösungsmitteln gearbeitet wurde. In der gesamten Wohnung war ein beißender, stechender Geruch! Wir haben Tag und Nacht ( obwohl es kalt war) das Fenster im Schlafzimmer und die Balkontür offen gelassen, damit es auszuhalten war! Ich habe mich 2 mal an Booking.com unter der Rubrik Schnelle Hilfe gewandt, leider wurde darauf nicht reagiert und uns nicht geholfen! Das ganze war nicht nur störend, sondern gesundheitsschädlich! Normalerweise hätte hier niemand mehr untergebracht werden dürfen! Ich hatte auch den Anschein das außer uns niemand anderes da war! Im Nachbarhaus waren Baugerüste und tagsüber auch Bauarbeiter am arbeiten! Der Balkon so nicht nutzbar!!!! Ich hoffe das bis zum Abschluss der Bauarbeiten hier niemand mehr untergebracht wird!
