Noise from the road and very light in the apartment at night - we could not close the blinds in the lounge

Well appointed and well located apartment. Spacious and comfortable with far better kitchen facilities than most similar apartments

Because it is a mixed use building this apartment is better suited to someone who doesn't have a car. The entry and exit arrangement to your parking bay (9 floors up) is super fiddly (pin codes to be entered on impossibly small keypads located in difficult and dark places at the entrance boom) The lift arrangement from the 9th floor parking to the apartment is also not ideal - another pin code required and then you have to use the service lift unless you first descend to the ground floor and change lifts. The service lift is busy during the week so you can wait ages. So exit and entry takes a lot of time and is annoying. Without a car - no problem - you can use direct lift to the ground floor reception.

Space, views, big fridge and a well laid out kitchen with views. We loved that on New Years eve we could watch the V&A Waterfront fireworks from the comfort of our couch.

For the size of the living room/kitchen the TV screen is very small (not proportional). However, our major gripe was with bed.....too soft and uncomfortable

Loved everything and in particular the digital screen that controlled light bulbs . That was a first for me witnessing that .

Nothing negative on my side besides no DStv and DStv stream on the tv .
