As instalações são excelentes! Uma opção maravilhosa para quem gosta de espaço e conforto.

A região é bem parada a noite, mas como há estacionamento no proprio predio é tranquilo sair e chegar a qq hora.

LOCATION TO HOSPITAL WAS VERY GOOD. GREAT TOP HAVE THE SEATTLE COFFEE SHOP ON GROUND FLOOR & COFFEE IN THE ROOM

BED WAS TOO LOW & TOO SOFT. PILLOWS COULD HAVE BEEN MORE FIRM

The amenities were exceptional. Loved the apartment

That there wasn’t any cleaning available especially for us who checked in on a weekend. We waited till the third day to get the apartment cleaned and the job wasn’t done thoroughly. No set of atleast clean towels Which isn’t stated in terms and conditions during the booking stage. It disrupted our stay

Apartment was beautiful, just needs deep cleaning once in a while. You can easily see housekeeping not doing a great job. Had to buy my own detergents to clean the shower before use. Management should seriously look into this otherwise this will decrease the value of these stunning apartments.

Excellent security and location. In the middle of the City, easy access to City based activities. Clean, modern and well maintained apartment. Expensive considering that it is not at the Waterfront. No noise from neighbors or surroundings. Excellent kitchen, all the utensils required for a long stay.

Poor communication for check in on weekends. Contact details provided where only for weekdays, office hours. There were no weekend contact details. Only when i got to the location on Sunday did security provide me the Building Manager details. Upon calling the call was not answered. Email was then sent, this is not prompt service and should there be an emergency, this would be useless. My suggestion is that there is a dedicated host, not a building manager to the bookings made.
