Loved the view, neatness and location Apartment has all the necessary equipment to let you enjoy your stay. Either self-catering or eat out. Effie is a great hostess and will go out of her way to assist. Thank you Effie!!

The views are absolutely insane, the most beautiful views of Table Mountain, on a windy day, You can watch the kitesurfers for Hours. The apartment itself is surprisingly big, and the photos don’t do it justice. Location wise, it’s directly above Jerry’s Burger Bar, KFC and a milky bar, so you can walk to most places. Little convenience store just around the corner too. We were pleasantly surprised to see a lovely bottle of wine and some choccies welcoming us, plus some basics like coffees, tea, sugar etc! We were so grateful!

Although the property is big inside, and there is loads of space, it has quite a few bits of damp/water damage showing against the ceiling in the livingroom, And behind the curtains, some window-sills show signs of damp/condensation etc. Think the apartment just needs a nice coat of paint. The only other downside is the lifts, they do take quite a long time every time, so do time yourself accordingly every time you leave/arrive home (ie don’t be in a hurry!)

Everything... From the place, the views and cleanliness. The place is well located, just a bit out of town. Effie was such a wonderful host, the place had everything we needed, such a beautiful home. Just as described on the picture and more. I

It has the best view ever apart from being comfortable. There are also different eateries around the place.

I would prefer a shower instead of a bathtub in the bathroom next to the master bedroom. The traffic while going to town can be very heavy.

Extraordinary apartment on the beach. Everything exzellent.
