"Perfect stay for family"

The welcome by host was owesome and kept on checking on us and providing us essential tourist information. The apartment was in a very secure area with clear view to the beach. Beds amd bedding top notch, kitchen and bathrooms luxurious and very clean. Basic cooking ingreisuch as sugar, oil, and kitchen cleaning sets available. It was owesome

"The place is fantastic as it overlooked the beach and mountain. A friendly host we had."

The location was great it was on the 11th floor of the property making it an excellent spot for a Seaview spot. The host was helpful and responsive to all our queries. The kitchen was clean and the rest of the apartment.

A checklist of items in the apartment. It will work best for both the host and guest to check what is available and not upon both arrival and departure.

Property is beautiful. Absolutely sparkling clean. Has everything you could need. Views are out of this world. Owner is responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Effie was a lovely host, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and in a secure building. The location is exceptional.

This is was beyond the host's control but the elevator was out of service a couple of times, for a number of hours. There are stairs, but this may not be an option for everyone.

I really enjoyed the stay at 1106 Portico, Effie was such a wonderful host, always there to assist and always giving us loadshedding schedules on time. The apartment has a wonderful view of the table Mountain and the beach is just like a minute away from the apartment. For breakfast we always used to go downstairs by bootleggers who have good coffee and good variety of breakfast and their staff were amazing too. Would recommend anyone to stay there when in Cape Town coz you can't get anything better than that. Shops and a mall are nearby so you don't have to worry. Thanks Effie
