Beautiful view from the apartment. Warm homely feel. Clean and all that was needed was there. Friendly welcome received. Felt right at home. Lots to do and enjoyed the beach and amnesties around.

The entrance was a bit hidden and we didn’t know about the big dustbins outside.

Everything. From the meet and greet by the friendly host, Effie, to the breathtaking view when entering the apartment. It was clean, light, airy and beautifully furnished, with a lovely balcony with amazing views. It had all the amenities that we needed, including parking. Safe and secure. We loved staying in this apartment and can't wait to stay there again.

Everything perfect! I am usually disappointed or worried by booking experience and this time… over my expectations ! Perfect location, INCREDIBLE view especially at sunset, perfect equipment and great room ensuite … super clean and possibility to have a cleaning during the stay. Host super nice and helpful flexible, giving the load shedding info every day… thank you so much!

Its all about the location, no need for a vehicle when you stay at Portico, everything you need is in walking distance. Take note the Cape Town Hop-on bus departure spot is in front of the building which is so convenient. The spectacular view of table mountain and the far stretching beeches does add further value to the apartment.

Our stay was just tooo short !
