We arrived at the unit after 17h00 to check-in, to hear that there's been a double booking. The host tried to put is in a different ground floor unit, which was part of their portfolio but the curtains were all sheer and the unit offered no privacy. We were 2 women travelling together and had to find a different place to stay for two nights. It spoiled our entire evening as it took up so much of our time.

Safe and pleasant location

Geyser was off and power was almost finished on arrival. Property needs maintenance, door handle fell off, tiles broken and hair found in the bedding.

EI had such an amazing time during my stay with my kids! Everything was just perfect and even better than I had hoped for. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and secure.
