Mountain and Sea Splendor

Great location and lovely apartment with stunning views across bay to Table Mountain. Verandah and 24 hr security with parking are key features. Facilities within apartment are generally fine, basic and suitable for beach holiday. Beds fine and linen clean. Apprecisted the milk and juice in fridge on arrival. Absolutely adequate for short stay with lots of local shops and restaurants.

We appreciate this is a beach apartment where things just need to work but the furniture and decor is basic and old and would benefit from updating. Kitchen cupboards and worktops are damaged. Bathroom doesn't have shower curtain so water goes onto floor -not ideal. En suite shower has poor water pressure (personally think shower head could be blocked). The apartment didnt feel clean -floor throughout apartment was dirty and could have done with a good mop! Verandah is a key feature, where we were hoping to relax looking at mountain across the bay but furniture and cushions were unfortunately dirty, old and uncomfortable. No hooks in bathroom for towels or clothing, no bedside lights in third bedroom.

Abundance of hot water, the view was beautiful

Cockroaches all over the kitchen & in hallway bathroom, so bad that we never ate in the apartment & ate out for every meal. Master bed was missing a leg so it dipped down in the upper left corner. Kitchen faucet leaked. Sofas were outdated and uncomfortable.

The place was really nice, clean and the location was perfect with a nice view.

The place was clean, but it had a lot of cockroaches 🤢 please just get pest control there before you get new guests. That’s really the only issue we had.
