Well kept, neat and clean. Organisation with the supervisor was great and appreciated.

The location is central. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

The apartment is run down, dirty, and there is a complete lack of maintenance. The pictures are misleading, and clearly taken from a long time ago. The oven is full of old grease and dirt - the sides, the trays, and the rack. It is a fire hazard. The shower mat and toilet mat (😱) are old and smelly. No toilet paper provided. Duvet, but no duvet cover provided. Skirting boards falling off, and mould on the walls and ceiling. On our further travels, we stayed at similarly priced accommodation. This one is way off the mark. How can you expect people to pay for this?

It wasn’t as clean for me . The toilet door has stains , roof has stains , stains on the wall

The owner Jackie was rude after we explain the situation she said they were informed and as we had to endure construction on the apartment due to a water leak and had the most unpleasant stay. We tried to discuss but as per her message she is on the golf course and it’s in working hours so they can make a noise.

Showers had Mold, there was females hair all over the place. There was a cockroach which we killed and informed the reception desk that they need to fumigate. No toilet paper.

Everything except the fact that you must buy your own electricity for the apartment

Central location, excellent security, comfortable with all necessary amenities

Convenient, clean and a very well organized staff team.
