Urban luxury in the East Precinct

I like everything about the place and no disappointment at all _got good service from staff and made us feel welcome, definitely going back and going back for longer stay

The hair dryer was very old and didnt work properly

Fantastic self-catering apartment with laundry facilities and a balcony. Walking distance to Gardens shopping centre for groceries and right opposite a MyCity bus stop. There are also a number of restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area. Very safe basement parking garage and entrance to the building is controlled by security. It is a very central location from which to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas by car or bus. It is also walking distance to some of the older museums and Greenmarket square, although I would not walk this alone and definitely not at night.

Directions to the place was a bit unclear. Google maps will take you to Upper Buitenkant St, but the building entrance is in Mills (if you arrive by taxi) and the parking entrance is in Maynard if you are driving. Confirm the street entrance with the person meeting you. The room has an Apple TV remote which took some time to figure out for someone coming from the Android universe, and bring your app passwords or you will be stuck with YouTube. There are quite a few homeless people sleeping around the bus stop and underpass area, so stay aware when walking in the area.

It's central to everything, very modern, it has everything you need and more.

The beds could be more comfortable.
