Executive Cape Town Family Apartment in Docklands, by ITC Hospitality

I highly recommend this property. From the arrangements to meet with the representative upon arrival to when we left was a seamless process. The apartment was easy to find and in an ideal location for a short walk to the Waterfront or a cheap taxi ride to Table Mountain. The apartment had the most amazing views of Table Mountain to be enjoyed whilst having breakfast with the sunrise to when it was lit up at night enjoying a drink on the balcony. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, including the usual kitchen appliances and utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The smart TV can be used to login to your own streaming subscriptions. We used the rooftop pool area a couple of times which provided more stunning views, a sunbathing area and BBQs if you wished. It was never busy. The security of the apartment and the whole building was reassuring with a 24/7 concierge and access to basement carpark, doors and lifts by biometrics. There is a shopping complex 5 minutes walk away which has cafes, shops and a Spar supermarket which has lots of choice with a bakery, deli and the usual food and drinks. Closer to the apartment there is also a cafe and a lovely Italian restaurant next door.

the services. Poor communication,no mail reply Toilet master Bedroom unusable from day 1 till when we left on the 7th day.

Good location, nice view, very complete, parking in basement, bbq area, cozy interior.

The location was lovely and the apartment was well decorated

The bedroom space and bathrooms were extremely small

Large balcony wraps round, aircon in bedrooms is great, location is very central, flat had everything we needed including parking if we’d wanted it, security staff were helpful

Second bathroom door slides (rather than swings) but was not properly attached, it kept coming away from its runners and was very difficult to navigate around. Both bathroom lights are on a motion sensor and timer which are very frustrating - when showering the lights go out. Communal pool is small and badly maintained with loose tiles and grubby walls.

The location, professional and friendly staff and the apartment itself ( especially the views from the balcony). The kitchen facilities were excellent too.

It would have been nice to have dustpan/ mini broom to remove dirt/ dust during our stay. We had to wait for our complementary cleaning day, which was not as though ( i.e., dust under the bed).
