The location and beautiful apartment

Great location! It was central to all our needs. Beautiful studio, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Security in the apartment was top-notch.

I would recommend that the security deposit the host requires be included in the final fare for the accommodation I pay, rather than being paid separately when I check in. Additionally, the host should consider including a mop and some swaps in the kitchen for minor incidents.

The location was perfect for our sightseeing. And great to walk from to eat out or exercise.

We did not have bedside lamps which necessitated getting out of bed to switch off the bedroom lights.

Location is perfect on Greenpoint Safe and secure

Check in at another location few meters away but it just waste time especially if you come off a long flight

checking in is a mission, picking up a key from a different location to where you stay will always be an inconvenience. I was given a card that was not activated and I couldn't open the apartment door. I had to do the up and down with the security, I waited for more than 30min for someone to open for me. after dropping my bags off, I couldn't leave coz I had to wait for my card to be taken for activation in that different check in location. it was truly unpleasant. as if that wasn't enough, 2min after 10am (check out time) someone is rushing me out of the apartment with zero consideration for the inconvenience I was subjected to during check in. i think the tv should be in the lounge instead of the bedroom. lastly, perhaps install lace curtains as well in case a guest wants some sun light without being exposed to the people outside
