Absolutely nothing.

Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay a refundable deposit of 1000, which I was prepared to do. However, shortly after, I was told that I would have to check out before 6am in order to receive the deposit back. This was never communicated in advance. I had already paid in full for my stay from 14:00 to 10:00, so being given an unexpected and inconvenient early checkout requirement was extremely disappointing. The lack of transparency and inconsistent information made the experience frustrating and unacceptable. I requested a refund and was declined thereof. Utterly disgusting service and a dissapointment.

Lage

Möbel teilweise abgewohnt.

Location, beautiful apartment and clean.

Poor communication. I have stayed here 3 times and everytime I phone, no one picks up the phone. It makes check-in difficult, because they ask you to let them know 30 minutes before the time when you will be arriving and when you do, no one picks up. On this last visit the personnel was looking for a long time for the keys, which made us late for our appointment/booking at an establishment on top of not answering the phone (again).

Proximity to V&A, Camps Bay and all other essential amenities

No air conditioning in the living space

The cleanliness and comfort. The fact that their apartments are serviced daily.

The aircon was not working and it was very hot in Cape Town.
