Bathroom fan was not working

We were VERY disappointed with the air conditioning. The website said there was aircon but when we arrived there were 2 tiny portable units which could not cool the room. Also, the flat was very dirty when we arrived - a layer of dust over the bathroom and table tops in the kitchen/lounge.

Very well equipped - washing machine, dryer - everything! Large and comfortable appartment with a nice view at the city and the ocean. Relatively calm neighbourhood, good spot for sightseeing.

There was only one heater which is not enough for such a big place in winter. While takeing the key at the reception there was some misunderstandig with the security person - the procedure need to be improoved.

Centrally located, clean and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen. Awesome communication from the host. It was quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed. We felt very safe. Want to give a Big shout out to Jacob, who was on duty at the front desk. We forgot our phone at the pool area and he returned it to us. Will definitely come back.

Very cozy and modern apartment with a comfortable bed, good kitchen, washing and drying machines. Everytning was clean and tidy. There was a safe parking area. Shops and cafes were around the corner. A few minutes walk to the Sea Point promenade. The communication with the host was great, we got detailed instructions and prompt answers when we had some questions.

1) There was no hair-dryer. 2) 2 days it was super windy and we experienced very annoyning whistling and vibration through the windows during nights (at day time it didn't bother us as we were absent). The windows have a sliding mechanism. Perphaps, the closed state of this mechanism is not too tight to provide sufficient resistance to such wind. However, the host was always in touch to help us with that problem. When the weather got better, everything was ok.
