Great location and very clean

Windows, I don’t know if I misunderstood how they should be opened. I struggled to open them. At least it was a bit chilly.

"Perfect Sea Point location. Nice views and facilities."

Location is excellent, just off Main Road in Sea Point. Easy walk to the promenade and to shops. Wonderful security and secure off-street parking. Building is well run and clean. Would move in permanently if I could.

I didn’t like that I eventually had to leave.

"Great location , modern stylish apartment."

Location was great. Apartment was modern and had everything one would need. There was a back up power source, helped during load shedding . Lovey coffee shop just out side and Woolworths across the road.

Lifts don’t work during load shedding so you have to walk up 7 floors to get to the room. Would have been nice to have the apartment serviced.
