Stylish WEX1 Apartment with Mountain Views

Overall stay was perfect 👌, kindly email me a breakdown of my bill for the 4 days that I stayed there.

It would be accommodating to have breakfast as an option, we couldn't use the freezer as it was covered with ice

Nothing major. I just had to connect to my own DSTv & Netflix.

Apartment was beautifully done with an amazing view

Firstly cleaning fee was deducted without been specified , spoke to an agent a day before we checked in an no feedback until now , fridge freezer drawers was broken , main bedroom doors were stuck together , property wasn't cleaned nicely yet we was charged a cleaning fee , the manager of the cleaning department was made aware . No luggage trolleys neither any staff to help us carry luggage . All mentioned here has been told to the property manager and he had advised that the maintainace an cleaning team will be out but no one pitched up

House was beautiful

They don't offer cleaning services during your stay, we used same linen...all that will be done at an extra cost daily and that was never communicated during our booking...very disappointing !!

Your bed in the sitting room very uncomfortable and body injuries

Place is nice and big Very comfortable and very clean

The parking was always taken when I wanted to park on 377 But 377 was allocated for my stay I wasn't impressed at all

The place was amazing and exceptional. Looking forward to booking the place again

I didn’t like the sleeper couch it was uncomfortable No instructions for the air conditioner/ heater Toaster was not working Had 3 spoons but the booking was for 5 guests

All the lights did not work, the toaster did not work. Struggle to get the stove to work. Plugs not secure in wall. Not enough blankets, no handwash soap, no kitchen cloths. TV had very few channels to watch. Location not the best, very noisy. Staff to help me check in, not very friendly
