Stylish WEX1 Apartment with Mountain Views

The apartment was very spacious,clean, and has a good interior. The view of table mountain from the balcony was very good. Sufficient for 5 people.

A/C cum Heater was not working . We spent 7 days over there .After complaint electrician came on 3 June at around to 10:45 pm night without prior information.Next day again he came but this time we have information about that. He tried his best ,repaired but just after 30 min it was stopped working. The weather was very cold and windy ,and a heater was required. Suggestions - main door lock and A/C or Heater must be repaired. Batteries of watch must be changed. You have provided so many cleaning agents but only 3 Tablets for dish washer. Atleast 2 for one day is required. You can reduce amount of other cleaning agents. It is difficult to go and buy small tablets from the market for the visitor. In super market it was not available. One mop and brush for daily room cleaning is required. Little co-operation is required when someone asks or requests about extension for 1 or 2 hr stay because of flight schedule .In our case 3 person's checked out in the morning but 2 want to stay up to 12 noon but you refused.

The was no water the whole stay, I couldn't bath to go to work,had to buy drinking water and water to cook, security lied about my cousin paying another security in order to give him my key as I had forgotten to tell my cousin to leave my key in the safety box so he handed it over for security to give me when he was out,I received a call from the agent already concluded that security will be fired without even asking or investigation. I have never seen such unfair treatment in South Africa,

Security supervisor a lady giving false information about another security and saying he had been paid by my cousin while I came from work and was the one who handed over the keys to my cousin

Apartment was big.

- Kitchen, sofa, carpet... Were dirty. -2 of the 3 lights in the bathroom were broken. It was very dark. - Too expensive.
